CANCELLATION & RETURNS?
The customer cannot cancel an order because it is a personalized order. If incorrect information has been provided by a customer, the customer can adjust the order within 2 days. So check carefully if everything is correct before you place an order.
An order cannot be returned after receipt because it is a personalized order.
SIZING
All the sweaters we sell are usually true to size so they actually fit like an avarage sweater. If your not sure about your size do not hesitate to contact me! exchange in size is not possible!!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Since its an custom made emboidered sweater it takes alot of time. Your order will on avarge be shipped around a month after purchase (depending on the amount of orders we already have it could be longer/shorter could). If you wanna make sure it arrives before a certain day (birthday etc...) contact us and we will provide you with more info about when i would arrive.
