When will I receive my order?

Every sweater is carefully made to order in our studio.

  • Production Time: Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for embroidery, finishing, and quality checks.

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery within Europe typically takes 3 to 7 business days (international orders may take slightly longer depending on the destination). You will receive tracking info as soon as your package is on its way.

  • Need it by a specific date? If you are ordering for an anniversary, birthday, or special occasion, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm if we can meet your deadline.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because every item is custom-crafted to your specific design, color, and size choices:

  • Order adjustments or cancellations can only be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • After 24 hours, materials are prepared and production begins, meaning orders can no longer be modified or canceled. Please double-check your sizes and shipping details before completing checkout.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the made-to-order nature of our embroidered apparel, we do not accept returns or size exchanges.

  • Please refer carefully to our Size Chart below before placing your order.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our part, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos at ToVintage.business@gmail.com, and we will gladly make it right!

How do I find the right size?

Our crewnecks feature a standard unisex relaxed fit.

  • True to Size: Order your regular size for a comfortable, classic fit.

  • Oversized Look: Size up 1–2 sizes for a trendy, baggy streetwear look.

  • If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend measuring your favorite sweater flat and comparing it to the chart below.

How should I care for my embroidered sweater?

To keep your embroidery looking crisp and vibrant for years to come:

  • Machine wash inside out on a cold, gentle cycle (max 30°C).

  • Use a mild detergent; avoid bleach and fabric softeners.

  • Air dry flat or hang to dry (do not tumble dry).

  • If ironing is needed, iron inside out on low heat—never place a hot iron directly onto the embroidery stitches.
